The LIVES Centre offers three types of grants to support innovation in life course research. These funds are addressed to the members of the LIVES Centre as well as to the extended network of researchers studying the life course and vulnerability.

LIVES Seed money
This grant aims to facilitate the preparation of new research projects on the life course and vulnerability. It is aimed at established researchers who wish to prepare a major grant proposal in the field of life course research.

LIVES Young scholars
This project is specifically aimed at young researchers - doctoral students or post-doctoral fellows - who plan to conduct innovative life course research. The grant can be used to write a paper (for PhD students and post-docs) or to develop a new project (for post-docs).

LIVES Visitor grant
The LIVES Centre offers visiting scholarships to foreign researchers who wish to visit the LIVES Centre at the Universities of Lausanne and Geneva and participate in joint research with members of the LIVES Centre.
Furthermore, LIVES members have the possibility to organise working groups on specific themes in order to foster exchange between junior and senior researchers, funded by the LIVES Centre. (The document is in French)
