Le jeudi 15 février 2024 à l'Université de Genève, lors des Doctoriales LIVES, les 24 doctorant·es du Centre ont eu l'opportunité de présenter l'état d'avancement de leur projet de thèse devant leurs pair·es ainsi que des expert·es interdisciplinaires. L'objectif est que les jeunes chercheur·es confrontent régulièrement leur projet de recherche à leurs collègues. Ils et elles profitent de cette journée de courtes conférences pour récolter les conseils de chercheur·es plus expérimenté·es ou d'autres disciplines afin d'enrichir leur recherche.
Les présentations couvrent de très nombreux projets associés au Centre LIVES et traitent de sujets allant de pratiques de soins aux enfants au Kenya au rôle de l'environnement résidentiel sur le vieillissement biologique. Dans leur ensemble, la variété des 24 projets reflète les multiples facettes de la vulnérabilité et sa construction tout au long du parcours de vie.
